The office manager is not only personable, but works to accommodate the patient's schedule, follows up, and is unusually efficient. The dentist is excellent. He is relatively young and building a new practice. I found him careful and thorough and thoughtful. He picked up potential issues not previously noted. He has well-located and pleasing premises and the newest equipment.
The experience was excellent! Dr. Banks has a great personality and exceptional technique. His staff assistant, Katie makes you feel so welcome as soon as you walk through the door. Top notch and would highly recommend to anyone.
I was welcomed by Katie which was a very warm and friendly greeting at 8:00 a.m. on a Saturday morning. I am normally very afraid of going to the dentist but somehow I felt relaxed before I set in the chair. I was treated with a cold neck compress and a hand paraffin treatment and warm mittens. Dr. Banks did his job and I was hardly fazed. Dr. Banks took the time to explain everything he was doing and also needed to be done at a later time. He is a professional and has a naturally lovely By the way this office has all of the modern equipment that makes you feel more at ease.personality. I would recommend Dr. Banks to everyone. I can hardly wait until my next appointment anyone who knows would – WHAT!!
Had such a great experience here today. Both Katie at the front desk and Dr. Banks were incredibly friendly and professional. The office is brand new and absolutely incredible looking. I'm so happy to have found my new dentist! Highly recommended!
short visit, referred me to wonderful endodontist across the street who saw me right away and did 80% of the root canal Dr. Banks realized I needed. Everyone at both offices was lovely. I am out of pain and will go back re root canal next week, then to Dr. Banks to work on crown. I just wish we had a different health care system so we could afford all this! Hard for us retired folks who can't afford the dental insurance NOR this dental care!
